Handling the dessert section at a popular Restaurant at Darling Harbour is a great opportunity that I am very much thankful for. Working with renowned chefs in different nationalities with good experience helped me improve my culinary skills, creativity and organisation. I prepared desserts, made desserts of the day and did service for the dessert department. This whole internship experience has boosted my confidence and gave me a chance to apply all my learning in the Hospitality and Culinary Industry.
